Become a speaker at Biomedica 2012!

 

Here are the steps to apply for an oral presentation at Biomedica 2012:

1. Online submission form mentioning:

  • Your profile details
  • Title of presentation
  • Summary of 400 words (max ½ A4), addressing the application of the results
  • Max of 100 words indicating your potential for valorization
  • Indicate interest to be considered for a poster presentation

 

2. Send by email to liege2012@biomedicasummit.eu:

  • Short CV of max. 200 words
  • Picture

 

3. Review and Registration

All proposed presentations will be reviewed by the scientific committee and ranked.

If your abstract has been accepted as an oral presentation, you will be asked to register to the Summit and your registration fee will be waived. We kindly ask submitters not to register before being notified.

 

4. Time slot and presentation

A 25’ or 30’ minute time slot will be allocated for your oral presentation on April 18 or 19. Your abstract, biography and digital picture will be included in the Final Programme and Summit proceedings.

You will be asked to send your PowerPoint presentation before the Summit.
