Registration fees to attend Biomedica Summit 2012 are the following:

* If you are from one of the universities below, please contact us to receive your username and password in order to benefit from the waived (students) or reduced registration fee (researchers, university delegates - 50 EUR).

Registration fees include attendance to the Summit, coffee breaks/lunches, conference material (final programme, proceedings, delegate's bag) as well as access to the special events - excepting the Cockail Reception and Dinner which will be held at Crowne Plaza on April 18, 2012 and for which the number of seats is limited to 250 (allocation will be handled on a first-come first-served basis providing the registration fee has been paid).

The 21% Belgian VAT is due for all type of participants.

All registration fees must be paid in order to gain acces to the Summit. Therefore and to avoid queues at the registration desk, we advise all participants to pre-register and pay their fees in advance through the online secured payment system (or via bank transfer). Badge will then be ready to be picked up upon arrival.
